Refund & Return Policy
At Corgi Card House, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
In rare cases, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- Unopened Items Only – The product must be sealed and in its original condition.
- Restocking Fee – Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Do not open it. Instead, take clear photos of the damage.
- If the package is already opened, do not break the product’s seal.
- Email us at info@corgicardhouse.com with photos and a description.
Products with tampered seals may not be eligible for replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@corgicardhouse.com.
Manufacturer Defects
For defects such as missing cards, printing errors, or mispacked items, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. We are unable to provide replacements for these issues.
