At Corgi Card House, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping. Please review our policy below.

Shipping & Processing

• Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• Processing time is 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Orders $200+ ship free within the contiguous U.S. (Excludes HI & AK).
• Orders under $200 have a $10 flat shipping fee.

Tracking & Delivery

• Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking.
• Orders $750+ require Signature Confirmation.
• Delivery times vary; delays may occur due to carrier issues.

Preorders

• Preorders ship when all items in the order are available.
• For faster delivery, place separate orders for different release dates.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
• If your package is damaged, do not open it. Email us photos and details immediately. See our refund policy for additional instructions.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to APO, FPO, DPO, Hawaii, or Alaska.
• Mail forwarding services & P.O. Boxes are discouraged; orders may be canceled.
